Safety & Ratings

  • IP69K rated temperatures up to 176°F (80°C).
  • IP69K rated pressures up to 1,450psi (100 Bar)
  • Cable is sealed using JB Weld High Heat Epoxy.
  • All performance and safety ratings are valid only when the enclosure is assembled according to the provided instructions.

Included Parts

  • Choice of one (1) of three (3) engineered lens options:
    Borax high-temperature lens, laminated safety glass lens, or Lexan polycarbonate high-impact lens.
  • Stainless steel mounting fasteners for HDPL-BALLBASE and compatible Keyence Scanners. HDPL-BALLBASE and Keyence Scanner not included.
  • Two (2) silicone high temperature O-rings.
  • Two (2) Buna O-ring sealing screws.
  • Three (3) NPT ports; Two (2) for optional air cooling, one (1) for optional thermocouple installation.

Materials & Setup

  • Machined from 6061 T6 solid billet aluminum.
  • Anodize Type II
  • Stainless steel fasteners.
